Your free 15-minute consults are for us to get to know each other a little. Joy will answer any questions you have about your fertility or hormonal health and how we can help you.
Joy can answer questions about Asian medicine and how it supports your reproductive or hormonal health.
50-minute Phone or Zoom Consults $89
These are for getting to the root. You will fill out the same initial patient paperwork as my in-office patients so that we can start the call with a mutual understanding of goals and focus. We will discuss your history, current symptoms, health and hormone/fertility goals. We will come up with a full treatment plan including herbal medicine, supplements, nutrition plan, and mindfulness all targeted for you. This plan can be started whether you are trying naturally or are already working with a Reproductive Endocrinologist. It will be your action plan for the next 30-90 days. You will get meal plans with shopping list.
30-minute Phone or Zoom Consults $59
These calls are for accountability and check-ins. I will ask you about your follow-through, your progress, symptom improvement, and any changes in health and fertility that have come up. We will talk about fertility signs, herbs and more. Changes to your herbal formula can be made during these calls as you progress and symptoms change.
